Wear loose clothing (eg track suit), T-shirt or similar.

The only requirement before you can begin training, is that you need to take annual membership with our National Federation (The British Taekwondo Control Board WTF (BTCB)). This condition is imposed on us by the BTCB & the British TKD Council, for insurance purposes. Membership of the BTCB is valid at any other BTCB club you attend.

After first month, you decide whether you want to continue, without any pressure from club instructors
