Yogesh Patel successfully attained his 1st Poom (junior black belt) when he sat the test at the BTCB Dan grading, held in Mansfield Woodhouse, Notts on Saturday 8th May 2010. He confidently completed each of the required stages of the grading, whilst exhibiting a high all-round standard. The grading had 94 candidates testing for 1st dan/poom & there will be over a further 70 testing for the higher dans on Sunday 9th.
